Mark Euster practices in the areas of Commercial Real Estate and Secured Lending. Mark represents financial institutions, real estate investors, developers and national title underwriters. His lending clients include national, regional and community banks. He represents these clients in a variety of real estate and secured lending transactions in Georgia and through the United States, including acquisition, development, renovation, construction and permanent financing, lines of credit, standby credit facilities, loan participations, intercreditor and subordination agreements, workouts and foreclosures.

Mark assists his developer clients in the acquisition, development, management and disposition of various types of commercial real estate, including land development, shopping centers, business parks, multi family, hotels and office buildings. Mark earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his law degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
