Government Contracts

The firm represents businesses, from small to large, that work on federal, state and local projects and businesses that want to work as or with contractors under federal projects for small businesses. The firm handles bid protests; preparation of claims for equitable adjustment; appeals of government contract claims before administrative agencies and in court; advising clients on minimizing and resolving disputes and protecting contract rights on government projects; pursuing, defending and resolving bond claims; preparing teaming agreements, joint venture agreements and escrow agreements; counseling clients regarding meeting federal regulations for Women Owned Small Businesses, 8(a) Contractors, and the SBA Mentor/Protégé Program; and representing clients in mediations, arbitrations and court actions where administrative dispute procedures do not apply.
