DAVID WEISSMANN
David Weissmann has a commercial real estate, corporate and partnership practice, representing real estate developers, managers and lenders in a variety of transactions and operational matters for over 20 years. His clients include Regions Bank, SunTrust Bank, Coro Realty Advisors, LLC,and RACO General Contractors, Inc. These transactions include construction and permanent financing, revolving credit facilities, loan workouts, foreclosures, condemnation matters and claims, zoning matters and real estate sales, acquisitions, development, construction and leasing. David graduated from The University of Georgia Law School where he served on The Law Review and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Constitutional Law and from The University of Virginia where he was an Echols Scholar.

SCOTT ZUCKER
Scott Zucker specializes in business and commercial litigation with an emphasis on dispute resolution in the areas of insurance, real estate, employment and construction law. Scott defends companies against loss and damage claims, handles premises liability actions and represents companies throughout the country in resolving their commercial disputes in state or federal courts and through Alternate Dispute Resolution. Scott works with property owners in reviewing and drafting leases, construction contracts and employment agreements and in evaluating property management operations. Scott also has extensive experience in creditors' rights and bankruptcy proceedings as well as in commercial collections. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his law degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

MARK EUSTER
Mark Euster practices in the areas of Commercial Real Estate and Secured Lending. Mark represents financial institutions, real estate investors, developers and national title underwriters. His lending clients include Wachovia Bank, N.A., Branch Banking and Trust Company, Signature Bank of Georgia, Georgia Trust Bank, Security Bank and Haven Trust Bank. He represents these clients in a variety of real estate and secured leding transactions in Georgia and through the United States, including acquisition, development, renovation, construction and permanent financing, lines of credit, standby credit facilities, loan participations, intercreditor and subordination agreements, workouts and foreclosures. Mark assists his developer clients in the acquisition, development, management and disposition of various types of commercial real estate, including land development, shopping centers, business parks, multi family, hotels and office buildings. Mark earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his law degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

KAMYAR MOLAVI
Kamyar (Kamy) Molavi practices in the areas of construction and surety law and commercial litigation. He has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, sureties, and design professional, and has appeared before federal and state courts, boards of contract appeals and arbitration panels nationwide. Prior to joining the legal profession, Kamy worked in the commercial construction industry as a project manager and estimator. Kamy earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and his law degree from Emory University School of Law. From 1999 to 2001, Kamy was an adjunct professor at the Graduate School of Construction Management at Southern Polytechnic State University, where he taught a graduate course in Construction Law. He is a co-author of the Georgia chapter of Fifty State Public Construction Law published in 1996 by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.

PAUL J. MOROCHNIK
Paul Morochnik maintains a litigation and a banking and finance practice. His litigation practice encompasses banking, business disputes, contract disputes, employment and secured transactions. His banking and finance practice includes advising clients with regard to banking policies and procedures, check laws, garnishments and UCC Articles 2, 2A, 3, 4 and 9. He handles cases involving fraud litigation, check litigation and bank litigation of all kinds, including inter-bank disputes and customer disputes. Paul also has an employment practice, which includes advising and representing clients on discrimination claims relating to race, age, gender, national origin and disability. These claims often cover management training, hiring practices, disciplining and terminating employees, employee policies and manuals, wage and hour, non-compete agreements and trade secrets. Paul earned his undergraduate degree from Hofstra University and his law degree from Emory University School of Law.

ELAINE N. BRASCH

Elaine Brasch has over twenty years of legal experience. For the first eight years of her career, Elaine was associated with some of New York's most prestigious law firms and practiced primarily in the area of Business Reorganizations. During that time, Elaine was involved in some of the biggest Chapter 11 cases ever filed and gained experience in many different areas of law, including corporate transactions, secured lending, litigation and labor law. She practiced both on the debtor and creditor side. In addition to her bankruptcy expertise, Elaine has placed significant emphasis on expanding the scope of her practice to general corporate representation of start up, small and mid-size businesses. Elaine earned her undergraduate degree from Emory University and her law degree from New York University School of Law.
